The Order of Women Freemasons (OWF), the largest Order of Freemasons in the UK, continues to work closely with United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE) on promoting Freemasonry. We support all activities across the country including the University Scheme through Masonic Societies and Freshers Fairs.
Every two years UGLE University Scheme host a conference to which the OWF enjoys attending, providing an opportunity to represent women in Freemasonry. This year the conversation was held in Cardiff South Wales and attended by three members of the OWF.
As the conference was in Wales we not only set up our table with the usual items which have been seen at many events, we also had a bilingual sign.
To members enjoyed participating in morning presentations and afternoon workshops and during the Freshers Fairs and Societies presentation were invited to give a presentation on how the Order of Women Freemasons were working with and supporting the University Sectors.
