On Sunday 10th October, The Warrington Group of the UGLE Province of West Lancashire, held their Annual Church Service of Thanksgiving and Rededication at the Church of St Elphin’s and for the first time in the history of this Church Service, it was a great honour for brethren from The Order of Women Freemasons were invited to participate.
Warrington Lies with the OWF area of Cheshire and the OWF members attended together with their Lodge banners which were carried in the banner parade alongside the Warrington Group banner and thirteen of the UGLE lodge banners.

It was a wonderful sight to behold.

Warrington Parish Church of St Elphin’s is a grade II listed building with a 281ft tower and spire. The second highest in the Country. There has been a church on the site since 650AD, the current church having been commenced in the 14th century.

Thanks to Bro Neil Roberts, United Grand Lodge of England Travellers lodge 4679 for the photos.
