A member of an Order of Women Freemasons lodge in South Yorkshire recently put out a call to members of the lodges in South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire for unused bras stored away in cupboards and drawers to donate to the Barnsley Hospital Charity.
All the members got on board and even members of the local men's masonic lodges asked their wives resulting in a total of 712 bras being handed over to the Barnsley Hospital Charity. The Charity raises money to improve patients' hospital experiences by providing comfort and state of the art equipment for patients and their families.
